RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING FOR WOMEN

Emotions are your friends

I help women in Ottawa and Ontario build better relationships.

You keep dating partners who become distant. Time spent with family feels draining. Is that you? Then I would love to help.

“If you don’t pay attention to your feelings, [...] it’s like walking around with a glitchy GPS, you have no idea what direction to go in because you are not using your feelings [as intended] [...] to tell you where togo.” - Lorie Gottlieb

About me

My Approach

According to the research, a good therapeutic relationship is the most important factor for therapeutic success.

Working within a safe relationship, we will note and process your emotions together. I will help you find answers. Skill-building, solutions, feedback and even humor can all be part of therapy.
I believe that therapists should go to therapy themselves to avoid bringing their own issues into the therapy room. This is why I have been going to therapy for 5+ years and it is even mandatory for therapists-in-training in many European countries.
I provide relationship counselling for women so you can build the relationships you deserve. Studies have shown that strained relationships significantly lower your life expectancy and quality. That tension in your shoulders? That sinking feeling in your gut? They want you to take better care of your mind AND body.
